The County seeks a single‑prime, design‑build contractor to create an immersive, multimedia experience inside the existing Treehouse at the Gwinnett County Environmental & Heritage Center. The scope combines original media production (≈30‑minute film, multilingual narration, captioning) with a full‑scale AV system (immersive projection, spatial audio, show‑control, HVAC, electrical, and structural modifications) and provides a one‑year warranty. Evaluation will be based on a technical score (100 points) and price, with mandatory bid and performance bonds and extensive insurance requirements.
