This solicitation seeks a qualified contractor to replace the entrance sign, gates, lighting, and associated site improvements at the Gwinnett County Environmental & Heritage Center. The work includes demolition of existing elements, design and installation of a new monument sign with lighting, construction of a vehicular island and concrete walkway, installation of wood guardrail, electrical upgrades, landscaping, and coordination with multiple utility providers. The contract will be awarded on a lump‑sum price‑only basis, with a 5 % retainage and $500 per day liquidated damages for any delay beyond the 90‑day construction window.
