The City of San Diego’s Economic Development Department is seeking a cloud‑based Grants Management System (SaaS) to centralize, track, and report on local and federal grant programs. The solution must support multi‑phase application workflows, public‑facing portals for external grant recipients, robust financial and reporting capabilities, and integration with existing City systems (SAP, OKTA, ArcGIS, etc.).
