Mohave - Rattlesnake Detention Basin Construction Phase 1

The County of Mohave is seeking bids for the construction of the Mohave-Rattlesnake Detention Basin. The project involves the construction of two detention basins on Flood Control District land north of the City of Kingman. The basins will be formed by excavation and embankment. The construction cost range is expected to be between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. • The project includes clearing and grubbing, excavation, and embankment construction. • The contractor will be required to provide insurance, including commercial general liability, commercial automobile liability, and workers' compensation. • The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to equal employment opportunity, debarment and suspension, and domestic preferences for procurements. • The contractor will be required to provide a bid bond or bid guarantee. • The contractor will be required to provide a performance bond and a payment bond.
