Description
The Town of Blacksburg is seeking qualified firms to provide on‑call engineering services supporting its water utilities. The solicitation is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and requires firms to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) by the resume deadline. The work will be accessed on an as‑needed basis, covering design reviews, technical assessments, and project support for water infrastructure.
• Provide engineering expertise for water utility projects on an on‑call basis.
