Description
The Commonwealth of Kentucky is soliciting a qualified general contractor to perform the “Orphan Well Package” in Ohio (Project #004). The scope includes well‑site investigation, gas detection, drilling out obstructions, cement plugging, and full site reclamation—including removal of tanks, flowlines, and remediation of any TENORM or soil contamination. Contractors must submit a committed equipment list, detailed work plan, past performance with the Kentucky Division of Oil and Gas, and compliance documentation (Davis‑Bacon, subcontractor identification, and abandonment affidavit). The contract will be governed by Kentucky’s standard General Conditions for construction, requiring bonds, insurance, and adherence to state statutes and regulations.
