Arapahoe Station Stair Repair Patching

The Regional Transportation District (RTD) is seeking quotations for the repair patching of spalled concrete and cleaning/treating of reinforcement steel on the reinforced concrete stairs north of Arapahoe Rd. on the east side of I-25 at the RTD Arapahoe Station. The project work is elevated approximately 28 feet above the ground, and access to the work shall be from below the stairs via a lift device. The south half of the stairs shall remain closed to pedestrian traffic during the work. • The quotation should include the total cost, including labor, materials, permitting, traffic, and pedestrian control. • The contractor shall comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations. • The contractor shall provide all required personal protective equipment and other equipment required for the safe performance of the work. • The contractor shall maintain records of all sales and use taxes paid under this purchase order and provide all related information to RTD. • The contractor shall post a bid security of 5% of the bid amount and provide performance and payment bonds of 50% of the purchase order cost.
