2026 NR 6 Site Routine Maintenance

The City of Bellevue is seeking a contractor to provide routine landscape maintenance services for 5 street tree and arterial landscape sites and 1 forest management site. The services include turf mowing, edging, line trimming, shrub and ground cover pruning, weeding, and maintenance of planting and annual flower beds. The contractor will be required to perform these services on a weekly basis, with some sites requiring additional tasks such as trimming ground cover at the curb line and removing weeds and debris from medians. The contract will be for a term of 2 years, with an option to renew for an additional 2 years. • The contractor must have at least 3 years of experience with similar services. • The contractor must have a fleet of vehicles and equipment sufficient to perform the required services. • The contractor must have key personnel to provide on-site management and respond to site needs. • The contractor must have training and certifications for on-site employees and supervisors. The City of Bellevue reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive irregularities and informalities in the submittal and evaluation process.
