Laughlin Lift Station No. 2 Force Main Rehabilitation

The Clark County Water Reclamation District is seeking bids for the Laughlin Lift Station No. 2 Force Main Rehabilitation project. The project includes the installation of dual 16-inch HDPE force mains, a new flow meter vault, a surge tank, and polymer concrete manholes and gravity sewer. The project also includes the rehabilitation of approximately 4,800 linear feet of 21-inch gravity sewer by cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) and the removal of existing diversion structure and replacement with a new diversion structure and bypass screening structure. The estimated cost of the project is between $17,300,000 and $20,200,000. • Installation of dual 16-inch HDPE force mains totaling 22,600 liner feet of pipe • Installation of a new flow meter vault for the new force main • Installation of a new surge tank, approximately 500 linear feet of 60” steel casing with dual 16-inch carrier pipe • Installation of new 60”, 72”, and 84” polymer concrete manholes and gravity sewer • Rehabilitation of approximately 4,800 linear feet of 21-inch gravity sewer by cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) • Removal of existing diversion structure and replacement with a new diversion structure and bypass screening structure • Removal of approximately 11,300 LF of existing force main
