The Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) is seeking competitive bids for the acSoft Inc ServiceNow Power Business Intelligence (BI) Plug-In Connector. This ServiceNow Microsoft Power BI plug-in connector is utilized to facilitate seamless extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of data from ServiceNow into Microsoft Power BI. The connector provides a robust, integrated bridge between both platforms, allowing TWC to quickly generate comprehensive datasets from any ServiceNow table within a single, unified data source. The key features of the connector include the ability to export any ServiceNow tables and fields, create any amount of Data Sources, and provide advanced filtering options. The contract term will commence on the later of August 15, 2026, or the fully executed contract date and expire twelve months from that date. • The acSoft Inc ServiceNow Power BI plug-in connector must provide the ability to export any ServiceNow tables and fields. • The connector must include advanced filtering options to manage data selection and export only the relevant information. • The connector must provide robust permission settings and access management for secure data sharing. • The connector must support incremental refresh for efficient Power BI reports and dashboards updates without reimporting the entire dataset. • The connector must provide Power Query support to merge ServiceNow with other data sources, transform data, and load it into Power BI Desktop with no-code experience.
