South Region Groundwater and Liquid Conveyance Systems Maintenance

The County of Orange is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide operations and maintenance services for the South Region Groundwater and Liquid Conveyance Systems. The scope of work includes operating and maintaining the Prima Deshecha Groundwater Extraction System and various liquid conveyance systems at the Prima Deshecha Landfill and four closed landfill sites. The selected contractor will be responsible for ensuring the systems are in good working condition and performing occasional repair work as needed. • The contractor must have experience in operating and maintaining groundwater extraction systems and liquid conveyance systems. • The contractor must have a project manager with at least five years of experience in the operation and maintenance of groundwater extraction systems and liquid conveyance systems. • The contractor must have personnel with at least two years of experience in groundwater extraction systems operation and maintenance. • The contractor must have the ability to respond to emergency situations within the response requirements for the emergency visits portion of the scope of work.
