Description
The Town of Huntersville is seeking a qualified firm to provide architectural, engineering, and construction administration services for the new Vine Park Project. The project includes the development of a park with various site amenities such as two jewel boxes with restrooms, seating walls, lighted archways, a water feature with an art piece, sidewalk connections to the trailhead, a small performance shelter, upgraded sidewalks, bench swings, lawn area, picnic table areas, landscaping, site lighting, and other park amenities. The selected firm will be responsible for performing design and construction administration services, including schematic design, construction documentation, and construction administration.
• The firm must have experience with similar projects and a good understanding of the project's requirements.
• The firm must be able to provide professional engineering services and have a licensed engineer in the State of North Carolina.
• The firm must be properly registered with the North Carolina Board of Examiners for Engineers and Surveyors and have a good ethical and professional standing.
• The firm must have adequate organization, facilities, equipment, and personnel to ensure prompt and efficient service to the Town.
• The firm must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and orders, including licensure requirements.
