The Northeast Maryland Waste Disposal Authority is seeking qualified vendors to supply a new enclosed flare system, three skid‑mounted blowers, and associated control and monitoring equipment for the Eastern Sanitary Landfill in Baltimore County, MD. The equipment must meet the technical specifications in Exhibits 1‑3 and will be delivered, tested, and commissioned by the vendor; installation will be performed by a separate contractor. The contract will be awarded through a competitive negotiation process, with a 270‑day delivery schedule after notice to proceed. Vendors must demonstrate at least five years of experience, provide five recent reference projects, and submit detailed financial, insurance, and performance‑bond documentation. The award value is expected to be in the high‑hundreds‑of‑thousands to low‑millions range.
