The State of Tennessee’s Department of Military is seeking a qualified contractor to provide a one‑year term contract for the design, supply, and installation of a security fence system, multiple gates, access‑control hardware, and related infrastructure at the Army National Guard site in Clarksville, TN. The work includes ornamental steel fencing, chain‑link fencing with barbed wire, three types of gates (cantilever, swing, and pedestrian egress), concrete‑set posts and pads, conduit installation, power and data wiring for integration with the existing AIPHONE security system, and the placement of protective bollards. All materials, labor, equipment, and warranties must be provided by the contractor, and the bid must be the lowest compliant price.
• Install ~426 LF of 7‑ft ornamental security fence (Ameristar Impasse II or equal) with concrete‑set posts on 8‑ft centers and a 15‑yr finish warranty.
• Provide and install a 20‑ft cantilever security gate, a 16‑ft PVC‑coated chain‑link gate, and a pedestrian egress gate with automatic operator, all integrated with AIPHONE access‑control.
• Supply and set ~941 LF of 6‑ft PVC‑coated chain‑link fence with barbed wire, concrete‑set posts, conduit, power, data lines, and two steel‑pipe bollards; complete all concrete pads, conduit routing, and system testing.
