REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI): TERRA, AQUA, AND AURA (TAA) MISSIONS

NASA is seeking information on potential partnerships for the operations and data collection of the Terra, Aqua, and Aura satellite missions. The goal is to enable more impactful exploitation of NASA resources and advance the commercial remote sensing industry. Interested parties are invited to submit responses to this Request for Information (RFI), which may lead to further discussions or the release of an Announcement for Partnership Proposals (AFPP). The RFI seeks information on interest in one or more of the TAA missions and innovative partnership arrangements. • The RFI is open to external organizations, including commercial companies and non-profit entities. • The partnership arrangements may involve reimbursable or non-reimbursable Space Act Agreements. • The selected partner(s) will be responsible for maintaining one or more of the on-orbit missions. • The full roles and responsibilities of NASA and the selected partner(s) will be defined in the resultant agreement(s).
