The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a qualified contractor to replace the roofing systems on four buildings (1, 2, 3, 31) at the Mann‑Grandstaff VA Medical Center in Spokane, WA. The work includes complete demolition of existing roofs, hazardous‑material (asbestos) abatement, installation of a fully‑adhered TPO membrane over R‑30 insulation, metal coping, flashings, roof drains, and related accessories.
