Mt GOAT Site Development

The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment is seeking a Design/Build Entity to develop three sites for the Municipality-Tied Ground-based Observations of Air Toxics (MT GOAT) network. The project involves installing air monitoring shelters, cement pads, walkways, security fencing, and parking spaces at three locations in Colorado. The successful bidder will be responsible for designing, managing, and constructing the project. The scope of services includes assessment, design, construction, and warranty period. The project has an estimated cost of $215,000. Key aspects of the project include: • Installing air monitoring shelters and associated equipment • Providing power to the air monitoring stations • Installing cement pads and walkways built to State-approved specifications • Installing security fencing at each site • Providing parking spaces and sidewalks as required by city permits • Ensuring 24/7 site access for maintenance and instrument issues • Meeting the requirements of the Regulate Air Toxics Act (HB21-1189) • Complying with Colorado labor laws and regulations • Providing a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for the project • Submitting a fee proposal and participating in an oral interview as part of the selection process
