The Opa‑Locka Community Redevelopment Agency (OCRA) is seeking qualified Florida‑based developers to enter a long‑term ground lease (up to 99 years) for six parcels of OCRA‑owned property located throughout Opa‑Locka. The lease will be for commercial uses that conform to existing city zoning. Proposals must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the notice’s publication (by 10 June 2026). OCRA will evaluate proposals, negotiate a lease with the selected developer, and may reject all submissions at its discretion. The developer will be responsible for developing the underutilized/abandoned sites in accordance with OCRA’s redevelopment plan and will pay lease rent to OCRA for the duration of the lease.
