Furnish and Install Coil Overhead Door-Camp Ripley

The Department of Military Affairs is seeking a responsible contractor to provide labor, equipment, materials, transportation, and all incidentals necessary to furnish, a new Rite-Hite 7’ x 12’ non-insulated coil garage door (or Approved Equal), install, and demolish the existing door and wall at Camp Ripley Training Center (Bldg. 10-151), 15000 HWY 115, Little Falls, MN 56345. The contractor must follow all specifications, including those outlined in Exhibit C: Specifications, Duties, and Scope of Work. The contract term is anticipated to be from April 07, 2026, to June 30, 2026, with the option to extend up to an additional 6 months. The estimated total dollar value of the contract is $45,000.00. • The contractor must provide equipment sales literature, technical data, or specifications, a user manual, or other documentation about the product upon request by the State, and at no cost to the State. • The contractor must comply with all terms and conditions of the solicitation, including those related to surety bonds, insurance, and licensing. • The contractor must attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting on April 01, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at Camp Ripley Training Center (Bldg. 2-1), 15000 Hwy 115, Little Falls, MN 56345.
