Description
Ingham ISD is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive landscaping and snow removal services for its campuses. The scope of services includes spring cleanup, routine lawn care, turf maintenance, pruning, fall cleanup, and winter snow and ice management. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to perform the services. The contract will be for a term of three years, with annual renewals subject to satisfactory performance and available funding. Key services include:
• Spring cleanup and lawn maintenance
• Turf care program
• Landscape bed weeding and maintenance
• Pruning
• Fall cleanup
• Snow plowing and de-icing
• Snow staking and damage repair
