Description
The State of Alabama is seeking a sole source provider for Thomson Reuters Westlaw, a leading legal research service, to fulfill the Alabama Board of Nursing's duty to protect the public. The service will be used to research information on nursing licensees and applicants. The contract will be for the fiscal year 2016, and the supplier will be required to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in the solicitation document.
• The supplier must be registered in Alabama Buys and submit responses electronically through the supplier portal.
• The supplier must agree to the terms and conditions outlined in the solicitation document, including compliance with federal immigration law and non-appropriation of funds.
• The supplier will be required to provide certification and documentation, including enrollment in the E-Verify program.
• The State of Alabama reserves the right to conduct analysis based on cost realism and/or price reasonableness.
