Description
The County of Los Angeles is seeking bids for the renewal of EMITE reporting software. The software is used for Amazon Connect and must meet the operating requirements of the using department. The contract term is 12 months, and the County reserves the right to cancel the agreement if delivery or services prove unsatisfactory. Bidders must be authorized distributors or resellers of the software and must provide a letter of certification from the manufacturer. The evaluation and award will be based on the lowest total acceptable offer.
