The Township of Scotch Plains is seeking a qualified vendor to operate and manage its municipal Public, Educational, and Government (PEG) television channels. The contractor will be responsible for all aspects of channel operation, including programming acquisition, content scheduling, technical studio and broadcast equipment management, compliance with FCC and state regulations, community outreach, and regular reporting. This is a competitive solicitation under New Jersey’s Local Public Contracts Law, and all proposals must be submitted in both sealed paper and digital formats by the specified deadline. • Operate and manage PEG television channels (public, educational, government) for the township. • Provide full‑service broadcast support: content acquisition, scheduling, technical operations, regulatory compliance, and community outreach. • Submit one original sealed paper copy and one digital copy by December 8 2026 10:30 a.m.; questions directed to the township clerk via email.
