TO PROVIDE TRUNKED RADIO SYSTEM

Erie County is seeking a turn‑key solution to design, build, install, test, commission, and support a county‑wide UHF Project 25 Phase 2 trunked radio system that will interoperate with neighboring Niagara County. The contract covers hardware (repeaters, antennas, simul‑cast cells, consoles), software (network management, encryption), back‑haul (MPLS/microwave), installation, extensive testing, training, documentation, a one‑year warranty, a 10‑year sustain‑ability plan, and 24 × 7 support. The project will be executed over a three‑year period with multiple milestone‑based payments. • Full design and deployment of a 30+‑site UHF P25 Phase 2 trunked network with simul‑cast capability. • Integration with existing dispatch consoles, provision of new MCC7500 consoles, and a web‑based NMS. • Comprehensive services including site civil/electrical work, generator/ATS provision, training, warranty, and long‑term support (minimum 10 years).
