Description
The Butterfield Flooring Replacement Project is a school‑district construction contract to remove existing flooring and base, install new carpet‑tile throughout classrooms and corridors, polish concrete in the main entry, and add new rubber base throughout the facility. The work includes demolition, disposal, substrate preparation, and installation of specified resilient flooring and finished concrete surfaces, with all required bonds and insurance.
• Demolition and removal of existing floor covering and base in all classrooms and corridors.
• Installation of new carpet‑tile flooring and rubber base throughout the school.
• Polished & dyed concrete finish for the main entry corridor, including surface preparation and sealing.
• Full compliance with state bonding, workers’ compensation, drug‑free workplace, and fingerprinting requirements.
