Description
The State of Tennessee, Military Department is seeking bids for the installation of a new fence and gates at the Army National Guard facility in Lenoir City, TN. The project includes the installation of approximately 341 LF of 7’ tall security fence, two 24 LF 7’ tall security gates, and 405 LF of 6’ tall chain link fence. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment to complete the job as specified. The bid price shall include all materials, equipment, and labor.
• The project requires a mandatory site visit, which all bidders must attend in person to submit a bid response.
• The contractor shall provide all measurements and shall not be paid any additional cost due to errors in measurements.
• The project includes the installation of access controls, including dual height gooseneck-stands with access control pads and AI-IX-DV cameras.
• The contractor shall fully integrate the existing system with new components and test and verify proper operation of controls.
