The City of Mobile’s Municipal Enforcement Department is seeking a qualified contractor to perform a complete wet‑demolition of all structures at 3836 Mordecai Lane, cap and disconnect utilities, manage hazardous materials, and provide erosion‑control and final site stabilization. The contractor must submit a sealed single‑price quote by the deadline, furnish proof of E‑Verify enrollment, maintain appropriate insurance, and comply with extensive environmental and safety regulations, including lead‑asbestos handling and post‑completion newspaper notice.
• Perform wet demolition of all building components, including footings, slabs, and piers, and remove all debris from the site.
