Description
The City of Lynchburg is seeking bids for the Millrace Drive Pedestrian Improvements project. The project consists of two sidewalk sections and a pedestrian crossing at Millrace Drive and Graves Mill Road. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, materials, tools, and equipment and performing all work required by the contract documents. The project has a DBE goal of 0%.

• The contractor must comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations
• The project has a liquidated damages clause of $600 per day for failure to complete the work on time
• The contractor must provide a performance bond and a payment bond
• The project is expected to be completed within 180 calendar days
