Project Manager Intelligence Systems & Analytics (PM IS&A) Army Intelligence Data Platform (AIDP) RFI #4

The US Army is seeking information for the Army Intelligence Data Platform (AIDP) project, specifically for the Project Manager Intelligence Systems & Analytics (PM IS&A). The purpose of this RFI is to provide an updated draft Call for Solution (CfS), a draft Desired Solutions Objective, and other relevant information. The Government is looking for vendors to provide solutions that can fill the capability gaps in the current Army intelligence solution, which lacks a cohesive and integrated approach for operating at the Enterprise Cloud and the Tactical Edge. The solutions should provide a common user interface, seamless and lossless near-real-time data sharing, and support for multiple security domains. • The draft CfS has been updated to include changes such as the use of Enterprise Contracts (EC) and the relative importance of evaluation factors. • The Government is providing a draft Product Demonstration Plan and a draft GFI list for vendors to review. • Questions and feedback should be submitted to the AIDP mailbox or to the points of contact, Scott Butterfield or Rachel Moresi. • The award is intended to be at an accelerated pace, and the Government is looking for vendors to provide innovative solutions to the problem statement and objectives.
