Description
The Habersham County School District is seeking quotes for interior painting of common areas and hallways at North Habersham Middle School. The project includes painting of interior walls, hollow metal doors and door frames, and other surfaces. The contractor will be responsible for surface preparation, painting, and protection of surfaces. The project is expected to start on May 30, 2026, and be completed by July 10, 2026.
• The contractor must have been in business for at least 2 years and must not be an employee of the Habersham County School District.
• The contractor must provide a certificate of insurance and comply with E-Verify requirements.
• The contractor must provide references and a current W-9 form.
• The contractor must deliver materials to the site in original, new, and unopened packages and containers bearing manufacturer's label with detailed information and specifications.
