OPW 54985: Fort Street - 120th to Park Entrance Road

The City of Omaha is seeking qualified contractors to design and construct a multi‑disciplinary public works project on Fort Street between 120th Street and the Park Entrance Road. The scope includes demolition, roadway and bridge construction, driveway, sidewalks, multi‑use path, curb ramps, a new traffic signal, storm‑sewer installation, grading with surcharge, erosion control, and striping. Work must be coordinated with a parallel sanitary‑sewer interceptor project (Tranquinity Park) and with multiple utility owners (MUD, AT&T, Lumen, etc.).
