Silver Reutilization and Account Maintenance Service

The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Keyport is seeking a contractor to refine silver-bearing material recovered from spent batteries into 99.9% pure silver for new battery production, and to provide ongoing account maintenance of the recovered silver. This indefinite‑delivery, indefinite‑quantity (IDIQ) contract will run for a five‑year ordering period and will be awarded under a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source‑selection process. The scope includes high‑content and low‑content silver reutilization, account maintenance, and a transaction fee per ounce, all delivered on a firm‑fixed‑price basis with possible economic price adjustments.
