Description
Gwinnett County is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified contractors for the removal and replacement of epoxy floors at various park locations. The successful contractor will be required to furnish all labor and materials necessary to complete the project. The project includes the removal of existing epoxy floors, installation of a moisture vapor barrier, and installation of new epoxy floors. The contractor must have experience with similar projects and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• The project includes work at multiple park locations, including Holcomb Bridge Park, Lenora Park, Lucky Shoals Park, Mountain Park Park, Sweet Water Park, and Yellow River Park.
• The contractor must provide a lump sum price for each location.
• The contractor must have a minimum of three years of experience with similar projects.
• The contractor must provide proof of insurance and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• The contractor must provide a warranty for the work completed.
