Description
This procurement seeks a qualified general contractor to execute a comprehensive interior renovation of the car‑rental lobby and adjacent bathroom facilities at Milwaukee’s Mitchell International Airport. The work includes full demolition of existing finishes, installation of new flooring, ceilings, lighting, plumbing fixtures, custom millwork, ADA‑compliant accessories, and associated mechanical and electrical systems. The contractor must also satisfy Milwaukee County’s labor‑residence, TBE participation, and EEO requirements, and provide the required bid bond and performance bonds.
• Demolition of existing lobby and restroom finishes, walls, ceilings, and fixtures.
