Description
The City of Marietta is seeking bids for the replacement of a bridge on Franklin Gateway over Rottenwood Creek. The project includes furnishing all materials, labor, tools, skills, equipment, and incidentals for the construction of the bridge. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on June 30, 2026, at 10:00 AM. Bidders must visit the project site and become familiar with the existing conditions before bid opening. The construction time for the base bid items is 240 calendar days.
• The project requires bidders to be prequalified with the Georgia Department of Transportation.
• Performance and payment bonds meeting GDOT requirements will be required.
• The City of Marietta reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive formalities.
