Description
The City of Trenton is seeking to prequalify contractors capable of performing emergency demolition services on an as-needed basis. The contractors will be required to provide all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, and materials to complete each assignment. The scope of work includes complete demolition of residential and commercial structures, partial demolitions, demolition of fire-damaged buildings, and more. The city intends to establish a pool of qualified contractors from which written requests for quotations will be issued for each individual demolition project.
• Minimum five years of demolition experience
• Successful completion of emergency demolition projects
• Experience with residential and commercial demolition
• Ability to respond on short notice
• Proper insurance
• Bonding capacity
• OSHA compliance
• NJDEP compliance
• City of Trenton Contractor License
• Financial capability
