Description
The Franklin County Municipal Court, Clerk of Court is seeking bids to establish a purchase order for the purchase of Hardware and Software Support Maintenance for Dell PowerEdge M640 Blades. The maintenance and service must be completed by a certified technician and include all costs associated with onsite service/labor, travel expenses, parts, and software upgrades. The contract will start on 5/7/2026 and last for 1 year.
• The maintenance must be provided by Dell.
• The hardware maintenance cost must include all costs associated with the onsite service/labor, travel expenses, parts, and software upgrades.
• A confirmation call to the customer must be made within 30 minutes of the initial request.
• All parts must be Dell Certified.
• Technician shall be on-site if necessary, within 4 hours of the initial request.
