FY26 Keysight Software Maintenance

The Defense Microelectronics Activity (DMEA) is seeking to renew software maintenance and support for existing Keysight Technologies licenses. The software allows DMEA engineers to model and simulate semiconductor devices, which is a key step in the engineering of semiconductor processes and products. The sole source justification is due to Keysight Technologies being the only supplier capable of providing, renewing, and maintaining license agreements for ICCAP, MBP, and MQA software. • The software maintenance and support is for existing Keysight Technologies licenses. • The software is used for modeling and simulating semiconductor devices. • The sole source justification is due to Keysight Technologies being the only supplier capable of providing the required services.
