The Department of Defense’s Defense Microelectronics Activity is procuring a single high‑frequency test instrument – a Keysight N5222B‑219 2‑Port Vector Network Analyzer covering 10 MHz to 26.5 GHz with a configurable test set, reference mixer switch, source/receiver attenuators, and bias tees – to support component testing for Technical Data Package projects.
