Description
The U.S. Coast Guard seeks a sole‑source award to Keysight Technologies for the “Gold Maintenance and Support Bundle” that provides annual license maintenance, technical support, and software/firmware updates for the Keysight PNT‑X GNSS RF simulator used in Coast Guard GPS receiver testing. This effort is conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and will run from the anticipated award date through 31 Oct 2027. The contract supports the Coast Guard’s mission-critical testing of navigation systems against jamming and spoofing threats.
• Provide annual license maintenance for the PNT‑X GNSS simulator.
• Deliver technical support and updates for multiple simulation modules (AES, SimOSNMA, Spoofing, Embedded LEO, etc.).
• Ensure continued capability for Coast Guard testing of GPS receivers in contested environments.
