Description
The U.S. Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center is seeking quotations for the renewal of the NAVY NP fender system on a 108‑ft Yard Patrol Craft. The requirement is for a firm‑fixed‑price purchase order covering all materials, labor, and associated services needed to fabricate, install, and certify the new fender system in accordance with the attached Statement of Work and technical drawings. The award will be made on a Best‑Value basis, with responsibility evaluated only for past performance compliance. The contractor must be able to fund the work, meet the December 11, 2026 performance deadline, and submit all quotes via email by the November 16, 2026 deadline.
• Provide a complete fender system (rubber fenders, steel/aluminum brackets, oak shims, hardware) per the attached SOW and drawing set.
• All work must be completed at the U.S. Coast Guard Yard in Curtis Bay, MD, and comply with listed FAR clauses (e.g., 52.204‑24, 52.212‑1).
• Invoicing will be processed through the IPP portal, with separate freight invoicing required for shipping costs $100 or more.
