Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Phoenix VA Health Care System is seeking information from potential contractors for the procurement of dock lever materials and installation. The work includes providing the necessary materials and labor to repair and install dock levers at the Phoenix VA Medical Center. Interested contractors must submit their company information, point of contact, and a capability statement that addresses their qualifications and ability to perform the work. The government is looking for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses, but may consider other types of businesses if responses from SDVOSBs are inadequate.
• The contractor must provide all necessary materials and labor for the repair and installation of dock levers.
• The contractor must have experience with similar projects and provide documentation of technical expertise.
• The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and complete Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA).
