Description
The Luzerne County Information Technology Department is soliciting Request for Proposals (RFPs) for Furnishing and Installation of Office Cubicle Workstations. This will be a one-time purchase utilizing a purchase order (PO). The project involves furnishing and installing office cubicle workstations for the Luzerne County Information Technology (IT) Department. The product being requested is a Haworth UniGroup cubicle style one-person office workstation that will meet the IT Department’s technical requirements and design criteria specified in this RFP.
• The delivery and installation must be completed by June 30, 2026.
• All proposals must include lead times, delivery schedule, installation plan, and guarantee/warranty information.
• Proposals may include separate price quotes for both new and refurbished furniture and/or hardware.
• Luzerne County reserves the right to consider either new or refurbished hardware proposals based on a combination of cost, soonest available delivery and installation times, color options or any other design or aesthetic option the IT department considers to be most favorable.
