Description
The Government seeks a firm‑fixed‑price contractor to deliver a complete ergonomic workspace modernization for three mission rooms (JPG, POD, JOC) at USSOUTHCOM headquarters in Doral, FL. The scope includes design and space‑planning, removal of existing furniture, procurement of motorized sit‑to‑stand workstations, ergonomic chairs, conference tables, monitor arms, storage pedestals, installation, testing, user training, warranty support, and final as‑built documentation. All work must be performed by TS/SCI‑cleared personnel and comply with ANSI/BIFMA, UL‑962, NFPA, ADA, OSHA, and NIST 800‑171 standards. The contract award is expected 2 Dec 2026 with a total performance period of up to 120 days.
• Design, 2‑D/3‑D drawings, material submittals, and a Quality‑Control Plan submitted within 5‑7 days of award.
• Phase‑based demolition and installation schedule: Room 1 removal ≤ 20 days, Room 2 removal ≤ 15 days, installations ≤ 50 days (Room 1) and ≤ 45 days (Room 2), Room 3 removal ≤ 60 days, installation ≤ 90 days, final close‑out ≤ 120 days.
• Mandatory security clearance (TS/SCI) for all personnel; mandatory pre‑proposal site visit on 6 Nov 2026; optional up‑to‑8 additional workstation packages and a conditional 40‑ft storage container.
