Description
The Commonwealth of Kentucky, Finance and Administration Cabinet, Office of Procurement Services is seeking bids for the provision of trailers. The contract will be for an initial period of one year, with the option to extend for four additional two-year periods. The successful bidder will be required to provide new trailers that meet the specifications outlined in the solicitation. The trailers must have a rating label attached and must be of standard quality. The contractor will be responsible for delivering the trailers to any ordering agency within a 50-mile radius of Frankfort, Kentucky. The contract will be awarded based on the best value criteria, which includes price and delivery cost.

The contractor must also provide a quarterly administrative fee to the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
