Wildland Fire Fighting Equipment

The City of Austin is seeking quotes for wildland fire fighting equipment to fulfill back orders and restock the Austin Fire Central Warehouse. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder. The City reserves the right to determine the best value and to reject any or all bids. • The equipment must meet or exceed City of Austin specifications. • The City is exempt from Federal Excise and State Sales Tax. • All quotes must be submitted on FOB Destination basis, with all freight charges included in the item price. • The City reserves the right to require references from the lowest bidder prior to contract award. • The contract will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
