Fish Feed

The Statewide Procurement Division (SPD) is seeking sealed responses for Fish Feed. The major customer for the fish feed is the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department. The contract term is from the effective date of the Notice of Award to August 31, 2026, with two renewal options. The contractor must provide Skretting ORI-One rotifer diet and enrichment or CPA approved equal. The specifications include algae-based contents, moisture, protein, oil, and N-3 Highly Unsaturated Fatty Acids (HUFA) requirements.
