Description
The Utica Community Schools are seeking bids for the Runkel Stadium Improvements project. The project involves construction work, and bidders are required to submit sealed bids by July 21, 2026, at 11:00 AM local time. A pre-bid conference is scheduled for June 25th, 2026, at 1:00 PM local time. The bidding documents will be available on file starting June 12th, 2026, at the Barton Malow Builder's Site Office and online at the Building Connected website.
• The project involves construction work at Runkel Stadium.
• Bidders must submit sealed bids accompanied by a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship with the owner or any employee of the bidder and any member of the board, or the superintendent of the school district.
• Bidders must also include a sworn and notarized Affidavit of Compliance – Iran Economic Sanctions Act.
• The district will not accept or consider any bid received after the date and time specified for bid submission.
