Project Blue Subscription

The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking to award a sole source contract to The Project Blue Group Limited for the provision of Project Blue Market Service Reports. The reports will provide granular datasets to model material shortfall estimates in support of the National Defense Stockpile program. The contract will be for a period of 12 months from the date of contract award. The Project Blue Group Limited is the only source who can provide access to the required market service reports, and their data is uniquely developed through direct industry contacts, analyst research, and proprietary modeling techniques. Interested vendors may submit a capability statement demonstrating their ability to provide the requested services, which will be considered by the agency before the intended award date. * The contract will be for a firm fixed price. * The period of performance will be 12 months. * The Project Blue Group Limited is the sole owner of the product and data being requested. * The market service reports will provide datasets for materials such as Aluminium, Antimony, Boron, Chromium, Gallium, Germanium, Indium, Magnesium, Molybdenum, Niobium, Rhenium, Scandium, Silicon, Tantalum, Tin, Titanium, Tungsten, and Vanadium.
