Description
The Bureau of Reclamation Upper Colorado Basin Acquisition Branch intends to award a sole source procurement to Scientemp Corp for a Freeze-Thaw Chamber that complies with ASTM C666. The chamber should have a minimum of 40 standard-sized sample capacity and meet specific electrical requirements. The government believes that only one responsible source can provide this requirement.
